FundaPlay Steps in Malaysia seeks a dedicated educator to lead daily playgroup activities and support children's developmental goals. The role involves guiding interactions, planning materials, and collaborating with therapists and the team to ensure engaging sessions.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, bring a collaborative mindset, and be open to guidance. Fresh graduates and those with one year of experience are welcome, with professional development

Qualifications

• Certification/ diploma/ bachelor’s degree in special education, Psychology or a related field.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience.
• Open to learning and receiving guidance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily playgroup activities
• Support children’s participation, interaction, and behavior during group activities
• Assist in planning and preparing teaching materials, visual supports, and play activities
• Work closely with therapists and team members to support children’s developmental goals
• Participate in discussions, meetings, and team collaboration to improve program quality
• Prepare feedback reports and maintain effective communication with parents to support children's progress
