Job summary

FundaPlay Steps is seeking an enthusiastic learner to support daily playgroup activities and teaching materials for children. The role focuses on social communication and early development within a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates hold a related certification or degree, are comfortable communicating in Mandarin and English, and are open to guidance and growth within the program.

Qualifications

• Certification/ diploma/ bachelor’s degree in special education or psychology.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience.
• Open to learning and receiving guidance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily playgroup activities.
• Support children’s participation, interaction, and behavior during group activities.
• Assist in planning and preparing teaching materials, visual supports, and play activities.
• Work closely with therapists and team members to support children’s developmental goals.
• Participate in discussions, meetings, and team collaboration to improve program quality.
• Prepare feedback reports and maintain effective communication with parents to support children's progress.
