Job summary

Hi 5 Sen Development & Training Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated educator to develop and implement engaging sports and physical education programs for children with special needs. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with children with special needs.
• Strong understanding of adapted physical education principles and special needs education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create and adapt lesson plans for diverse learning needs.
• Patience, empathy, and passion for supporting development of children with special needs.
• Certification or degree in Special Education, Physical Education, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques within classroom/activity setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging sports and physical education programs tailored to children with special needs.
• Adapt activities and exercises to meet diverse developmental and physical requirements of students.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and educational team.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students during physical activities.
• Collaborate with therapists and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the safety of the sports facilities.
• Promote physical fitness, motor skill development, and social interaction through sports.
