Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG industry, with data analytics.
• Proficiency with Spaceman software is advantageous.

• Develop and cascade category picture of success for on-shelf with the Merchandising Toolkit.
• Develop Sales teams' capability on Merchandising Best Practices (WIES) and store layouts.
• Advise on NPD placement and planograms based on shopper insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve planograms for key accounts.
