Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Malaysia seeks a space planning professional to plot and update store layouts, ensure accuracy, and support store renovations. You will handle end-to-end layout revisions, maintain records, and assist with planogram plotting while meeting tight timelines.

You must have a diploma or degree and be capable of working with high-volume, repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail and teamwork. This role emphasizes accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Experience in retail, space planning, merchandising or store planning is an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Excel/Publisher/Paint skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work with high-volume and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Core competencies: Macrospace/store layout plotting, accuracy and speed of execution, ability to follow guidelines and instructions, time management, teamwork and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Plot and update store layouts based on given space planning guidelines and requirements.

• KPI: Deliver assigned store layouts accurately and within agreed timelines, supporting the team to meet the required renovation project output.
