Job summary

HerbaLine Global Wellness Group is seeking an experienced trainer to lead a 4-week core training programme for new beauty therapists, advancing them from beginner to branch-ready and conducting assessments. You will coach on facial treatments, body massage, skincare products, and home-care advice, ensuring updated materials and branch readiness.

Willingness to travel to branches is required; a performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in beauty or spa with hands-on facial, body massage and skincare product work.
• Experience in group training and coaching beyond one-to-one sessions.
• Ability to assess and develop trainees within a structured timeline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the 4-week core training programme for each intake, from beginner level to branch-ready.
• Train facial treatments and body massage, including techniques, sequences, pressure, hygiene and customer care.
• Train beauty skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, usage and home-care recommendations.
• Conduct practical and written assessments to ensure trainees meet required standards before branch placement.
• Provide additional coaching and support to trainees who require further guidance.
• Conduct refresher and upskilling training for existing therapists when required.
• Keep training materials, treatment procedures and standards updated.
• Follow up with branches after placement to identify and address training or skill gaps.
