Job summary

KEILANCE BEAUTY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Beauty Trainer and Salon Technical Consultant to lead product knowledge and treatment technique training for partner salons across the region.

The role involves in-salon coaching, hands-on demonstrations, and launching new treatments while ensuring SOPs are followed. Travel regionally is expected; fluent English is required, Mandarin or Malay and other SEA languages are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a beauty educator/trainer or related beauty technique role.
• Beauty therapist certification preferred.
• Fluent English; Mandarin, Malay, Thai, or other SEA languages a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product knowledge and treatment technique training to partner salons
• Provide in-salon coaching, hands-on technique demonstrations, and treatment launch support
• Help partner salon estheticians master SOPs
• Respond to technical questions from clients and salon staff
• Support the certified esthetician / certified salon program
• Develop training materials, manuals, and video tutorials
• Support brand events, certification ceremonies, and product launches with technical demonstrations
