Job summary

Trove Haven is seeking a Spa Therapist in Selangor to deliver high-quality spa treatments and create memorable guest experiences from consultation to completion.

You will conduct guest consultations, tailor treatments to individual needs, and promote spa services and retail products to meet sales targets while maintaining strict hygiene and ambience standards.

• Experience delivering professional spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments) and maintaining high service standards.

• Deliver professional and high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience from consultation until the completion of the treatment.
• Conduct proper guest consultations to understand guests needs, preferences, and treatment requirements.
• Recommend suitable treatments, spa packages, and retail products based on the guest's needs.
• Ensure all treatments are performed according to approved spa SOPs and treatment protocols.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring all towels, linens, products, equipment, tissues, and amenities are fully stocked and ready.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, relaxing, and welcoming environment in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Ensure the correct spa ambience, including music, lighting, temperature, and diffuser/aroma, is maintained.
• Build strong relationships with guests and provide personalized service to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products to achieve treatment and sales targets.
• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and personal hygiene according to Spa standards.
• Follow all spa policies regarding health, safety, hygiene, and guest privacy.
• Manage treatment schedules efficiently and ensure punctuality for all appointments.
• Work closely with the Spa Receptionist and Spa Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, pantry, relaxation areas, and back of house areas.
• Monitor product and linen stock and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve treatment skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Support special Spa events, VIP guests, promotions, and wellness activities when required.
