Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly, talented outlet manager in Penang to grow long term with us. You will oversee all operations, ensure high service standards, and lead a motivated team in a fast-paced beauty and spa environment.

The role requires strong English, Mandarin, and Malay, a customer‑driven mindset, budget control, scheduling, and a focus on achieving sales targets. 5+ years in beauty/spa operations and shift flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of beauty or spa operation experience.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay; additional Chinese dialects are a plus.
• Sales driven with strong customer orientation.
• Computer literacy with good administrative skills.
• Able to work on shift, long hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall outlet operations and ensure treatment quality across procedures.
• Ensure excellent client experience and address customer feedback effectively.
• Maximize appointment rate and drive the team to achieve sales targets.
• Schedule and motivate team to deliver high quality service and revenue goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is functional and properly sterilized.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the outlet by carrying out procedures, have treatments knowledge and ensure all treatments comply with company standards.
• Ensure client experience is proficient, handle and manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous excellent service
• Maximize appointment rate and drive team to achieve sales target
• Scheduling and managing team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets
• Make sure outlets and facilities are properly cleaned and that all equipment is in working order. This might include ensuring that tools are adequately sterilized, linens are washed and well decorated rooms
• Ensure sufficient stock supply within budget control and manage proper inventory of supplies

Requirements

• Min 5 year’s experience in beauty or spa operation
• Well verse in English, Mandarin and Malay, additional Chinese dialect will be advantage
• Sales result driven and customer oriented
• Computer literate with good administrative skill
• Able to work on shift, long hours, weekends and public holidays
• Pleasant with warm personality and well groomed
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
