• Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of SEA Risk Operations, ensuring processes are performed consistently, efficiently and in accordance with applicable policies and service standards.
• Provide operational oversight across multiple Risk Operations processes, including Conflict Check, Background Check and other risk-related activities.
• Monitor operational performance, service levels, volumes, backlogs and key performance indicators, and identify areas requiring management improvement or action.
