Qualifications

• 3+ years of overseas experience in financial services/Fintech, with deep SEA exposure.
• English as primary working language with professional fluency in Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of financial business models and proven business development capability.
• Proven leadership with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• Growth mindset and resilience with readiness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand partnerships for the consumer Credit business across SEA markets.
• Own country-specific targets across SEA and coordinate tailored solutions.
• Strengthen compliance governance with local licenses and entity management.
• Lead engagement with local regulatory authorities and regulatory dialogues.
• Build and develop country-level operations teams to execute KPIs.
