Lazada Financial Services, under Ant Group, seeks a seasoned Regional Collections Operations Lead to own end-to-end collections across Southeast Asia. You will drive performance for BNPL and Cash Loan portfolios, oversee both in-house and BPO operations, and navigate regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in consumer credit collections with regional leadership, strong data fluency, and experience building scalable teams across diverse SEA markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer credit collections operations with regional leadership experience
• Experience in Southeast Asia collections across two or more markets (e.g., Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore)
• BPO vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, performance management, and commission model design
• Prior fintech, digital banking, BNPL, or ecommerce lending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own regional collections performance across SEA markets with BNPL and Cash Loan portfolios
• Build and scale in-house collections capabilities where strategic
• Navigate compliance and regulatory requirements in each market
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Product, and Finance; report to senior leadership
