Job summary
Intel Corporation in Kulim, Malaysia seeks a contract engineer to drive process and equipment performance for SDx Module in KMDSDP, leading continuous improvement for test equipment and module reliability, focusing on NPI-NTI to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets in high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical/electronics/mechanical/mechatronics or materials engineering.
- Experience in semiconductor back-end assembly and tool qualification for NTI/NPI/deployments is a plus.
- Familiarity with SPC, data analysis, DOE, FMEA and RCA.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear technical communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot NPI/NTI/HVM escalations.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to resolve complex issues and ensure tools are production-ready.
- Demonstrate experience in die/wafer sort, test programming and debugging methodologies.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and use scripting or statistical tools to drive decisions.
