Job summary

Intel is seeking a contract-based engineer in Malaysia, Kulim, to improve process and equipment performance for the SDx Module. You will lead continuous improvements, drive NPI-NTI, and align with roadmaps to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets in high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics and Materials Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor back-end assembly and tool qualification for test and metrology NPI/NTI/deployments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SPC and structured problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support by troubleshooting process and equipment NPI/NTI/HVM escalations; perform data analysis to drive decisions.
