Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, to partner with Finance and IT teams in Malaysia. You will translate business needs into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP requirements, drive process improvements, and manage change across R2R, O2C, and P2P processes.

You will lead end-to-end project implementations, coordinate testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and ensure successful upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Document current-state processes and standardize requirements with stakeholders.
• Create functional designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
• Assess impact, risks, dependencies, and priorities across finance processes and data.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT, validate test results and obtain business sign-off.
• Work with partners to deliver integrations, data migrations, and Oracle Fusion upgrades.
• Evaluate new Oracle capabilities and run PoCs to test feasibility and value.
• Drive change adoption with user guides, training materials, and knowledge transfer.

Get to Know the Role

The Senior Solution Specialist will report directly to the Delivery Manager for Finance Systems. As a Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, you will work with GTS teams and Finance users to understand challenges, current processes and system requirements. You will translate these needs into future-state application requirements, process improvements and solution designs, working with other teams and external implementation partners where required.

You will focus on managing change requests and project implementations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment, with an emphasis on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) will be an advantage.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Collaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document all-state processes, standardise requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Translate requirements into functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, process improvements and implementation plans.
• Assess the impact, risks, dependencies and priorities of proposed changes across finance processes, data, integrations and related applications.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, test-result validation and business approval.
• Work with technical teams, Oracle Support, implementation partners and Finance partners to deliver integrations, data migrations, enhancements, releases and quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades.
• Evaluate new Oracle platform capabilities and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to assess feasibility, value and agreement on Finance requirements.
• Drive change adoption through process documentation, user guides, training materials, partner communication, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of R2R processes.
