Job summary

Bright Nexus (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a security solutions technical support professional to act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering and deploying security solutions.

You will be responsible for technical execution, deployment, documentation and support, conducting research to meet customer requirements and contributing to the knowledge base across the organization.
