Job summary

Bright Nexus (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a hands-on security solutions support specialist to be the first contact for technical inquiries and to drive delivery of security solutions to customers in Malaysia.

You will deploy, document, and support project-wide information security solutions, conduct technical research to meet customer requirements, and help build a shared knowledge base across the organization.

Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for security solutions’ technical support.
• Primary responsibility for technical execution / delivery of security solutions to customers.
• Provide deployment, documentation, support of project-wide information security solution, practices and policies._
• Technical research to meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to building security knowledge base and sharing it across the organization.
