Job summary

LinkAxia Networks Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled professional to support network security solutions from planning through deployment, taking ownership of the delivery lifecycle. You will assist the sales team as a technical resource and provide technical assistance during demos and PoCs to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service and effective collaboration with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, design, and mitigation of network security risks.
• Ownership of delivery process across the product/service lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Planning, design, assessing and mitigating risks, consistent configuration and deployment of network security solutions, with ownership of the delivery process for the entire product/service lifecycle.
• Responsible for driving sales by assisting sales team to act as a technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
• To provide technical assistance during the sales process for demo or proof of concepts to meet customer business requirements.
