HAG Solar is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor (Solar PV) to lead rooftop and ground-mounted installations across Kota Kinabalu and Sabah. You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality in all works.

Supervise day‑to‑day site activities for solar PV installations (rooftop & ground‑mounted).
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, manpower, and materials.
Ensure all works comply with design specifications, safety standards, and requirements.
Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and enforce site safety protocols.
Liaise with Project Engineer, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform site inspections, testing, and quality checks during and after installation.
Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions promptly.
Prepare site progress reports, daily activity logs, and submit to management.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality workmanship.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in solar PV installation supervision.
Familiar with solar PV systems, installation methods, and electrical safety standards.
Hold PW4 Wireman Competency Certificate.
Hold Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) DOSH Yellow Book.
Possess Yellow Book (CIDB).
Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Able to read and understand technical drawings (single line diagram, layouts).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and reporting.
Willing to travel to different sites across Sabah when required.
Possess a valid driving license (D) and own transport.
