Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Solar Sales Executive in Klang Valley. Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided to kickstart your career in sales with strong earning potential.

You will conduct outbound calls, generate leads, and arrange free solar site visits for homeowners, while guiding customers through product details, financing, installation, and warranties. Travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcomed; training provided.
• SPM, diploma or degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with customers via calls and messaging.
• Target-driven, proactive and keen to learn.
• Willing to travel for roadshows and events.
• Experience in telesales, sales, property or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce TIME Solar solutions to residential customers.
• Generate leads and arrange free solar site visits for homeowners.
• Follow up with customers and assist with required documentation.
• Explain solar products, financing options, installation process, warranties and benefits.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
• Build strong relationships and trust with customers throughout the sales journey.
• Update customer records, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Site Survey, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
• Achieve KPIs including calls, appointments, completed site visits, conversion and sales targets.
