Job summary

Nala Manpower Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven sales professional for our Desa Cemerlang, Johor location. The role focuses on solar panel and C&I product sales, client engagement, and meeting targets through proactive outreach and strong relationship building.

You will visit client sites, close deals, and provide after-sales support while maintaining excellent communication and presentation standards. Own transport and weekday office hours are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in Solar panels and C&I (Commercial and Industrial) will be an added advantage.
• Strong PR personnel with experienced, motivated and comfortable in sales, must be able to do cold calling.
• Excellent presentation, good communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiar with sales performance metrics
• Own transport is required
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor

Responsibilities

• Visiting client’s site and attending to client’s requirements.
• Closing deals with customers and hitting the sales target.
• Develop positive relationships with clients including after sales services.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
• Executing the current marketing plan and close deals with clients.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Key Account management, reporting sales activities to management.
• Achieved the sales target set.
