Job summary

Sol Power Engineering in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a PROJECT ENGINEER (MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL) for a solar farm project. You will manage construction progress, coordinate supervisors, and ensure timely delivery while controlling costs. Willingness to work outstation is required.

Experience in the solar industry is an advantage; candidates should be hardworking, analytical, and capable of independent multi-tasking with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning the construction project and check progress and activities in order.
• Managing the supervisors and to resolve site construction problems and making decision.
• Plan and strategize on the manpower resources.
• Ensure that all site progress and interim collection are as per scheduled.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, to ensure BOQ and material usage falls within the allocated budget.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
