Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in executing Solar PV projects.
• Willingness to travel or relocate across project sites.
• Strong project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Proficiency with design/documentation tools such as Pvsys, Helioscope, AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project planning, site investigations, preliminary design, and cost estimation for solar farm systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and reports.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Licensing teams to follow ISO standards.
• Ensure project compliance with standards, regulations and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

We have branches in Klang, Bukit Mertajam, and Kulai. We serve customers across Peninsular Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

Conduct project planning, site investigations, preliminary design, and cost estimation for solar farm systems

Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Preparing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and reports

Liaise with the Design, Procurement, and Licensing teams to ensure technical aspects and project requirements follow ISO standards

Ensuring project compliance with relevant standards, regulations and safety protocols

Providing technical support and guidance to project teams

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in executing the engineering of Solar PV projects.

Demonstrated mobility and willingness to travel or relocate across different project sites as required.

Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Knowledge and experience in preparing system-related documentation using software such as Pvsys, Helioscope, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel).
