Job summary

• Final-year student pursuing Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

• Own transport and willingness to travel for site visits and installations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members, field staff and clients.
• Ability to work independently, proactively with ownership and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to think critically and respond quickly to on-site issues.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision: oversee on-site visits and installations, ensure safety & quality.
• Project management: coordinate scheduling for project sites and warehouse, ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshooting: assist to support and resolve solar-related issues.
• Quality assurance: maintain high-quality standards across operations.
