Job summary

Zinnia Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Admin to support the project team in coordinating solar PV and renewable energy projects. You will help maintain project records, liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and clients, and ensure administrative activities are up to date.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field and 1–2 years of project admin experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project administration or similar environment preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team.
• Prepare, organize and maintain project documents, records, reports and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing project submissions, progress reports, meeting minutes and other documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings, site meetings and appointments with relevant parties.
• Follow up with contractors, suppliers and internal departments on project-related matters.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules, documentation status and action items.
• Assist in preparing purchase requests, delivery documents, invoices and related project administrative documents.
• Maintain filing of drawings, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and project correspondence.
