Job summary

iDynamics Software Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Sales Team Lead / Manager to build and guide a high-performance Business Solutions sales team in Malaysia. You will coach, set targets, manage pipeline and drive revenue growth through leadership and strategic planning.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Solutions and Customer Success to translate business goals into executable plans, monitor performance and foster accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in software sales with targets met.
• 2-3 years in a team lead or management role.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Ability to build, mentor and motivate high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Software Sales Consultants to achieve targets.
• Coach in prospecting, discovery, solution positioning and closing.
• Translate business objectives into practical sales strategies.
• Manage pipelines, forecasts and opportunities with regular reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success and Support.
