Job summary

MR D.I.Y. is seeking a hands-on Software Project Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of in-house warehouse and automation systems. The role blends technical leadership with people management to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

You will lead architecture, define standards, mentor developers, and coordinate multi-workstream activities across testing, deployment, and go-live phases, while maintaining quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of software development experience.
• Prior experience in Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture design for warehouse and automation systems.
• Define coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team.
• Act as the key decision-maker for architecture and technology stack.
• Lead and manage development progress, planning, prioritization, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and go-live activities with stakeholders.
