Job summary

MR D.I.Y. seeks a Software Project Engineer to develop and enhance in-house warehouse and automation systems. The role blends software engineering, project delivery, and business process improvements, collaborating with operations teams.

You will design and implement backend components using the .NET stack, integrate with external APIs, and contribute to efficient digital solutions that streamline warehousing workflows and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience in API development and system integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software components for warehouse and automation-related systems (e.g. WMS, WCS, OMS, Middleware).
• Implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following established architecture and design standards.
• Collaborate with operations teams and business users to understand workflows and requirements.
• Participate in requirement clarification, solution demonstrations, and user training.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in development and production environments.
