Job summary

Ams Osram is seeking a student intern to help develop dashboards, analytics solutions, reporting features, and AI-powered insights for TestHub, an enterprise test management platform.

You will contribute to data visualization, software development, and solutions that support better business decisions, improving quality visibility and release decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards and analytics preferred.
• Interest in AI/ML applications for testing quality insights.
• Strong data storytelling ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize test execution progress, defect trends, test coverage, project health, and release readiness metrics.
• Develop reporting features, analytics modules, APIs, and data models to support business and project requirements.
• Create meaningful KPIs and data visualizations to help stakeholders make informed quality and release decisions.
• Explore AI and Machine Learning applications to identify testing trends, quality risks, defect patterns, and automated insights.
• Develop AI-assisted reporting features such as natural-language summaries, predictive quality indicators, and intelligent analytics.
• Support dashboard testing, usability improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities.
