Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js.

Architect and implement reusable and modular components to ensure code efficiency and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and the React ecosystem.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.

Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

Contribute to the technical roadmap and make strategic decisions on technology adoption.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, Context API or Zustand.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).

Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

Nice-to-have
