Job summary

Techstreet Malaysia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Node.js.

You will help champion software quality through rigorous code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices while mentoring junior engineers and exploring new AI-assisted development techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Node.js.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
• Solid experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
