Job summary

Precision Control is seeking a Full-Stack Developer (C#/.NET & React) in Malaysia with 1–4 years of software development experience or a strong junior candidate. You will build and maintain full-stack applications, integrate AI/automation where relevant, and collaborate to deliver key projects using SQL, APIs, and modern frontend tech.

You will follow team standards to write clean, maintainable code, assist in debugging, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–4 years of software development experience; fresh grads may apply for junior level.
• Solid grasp of C#/.NET, React, SQL, and APIs with clean coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain in-house applications and project-based systems.
• Build full-stack features using C#/.NET, React, SQL; ensure quality with testing.
• Document code, configurations, and user guides; troubleshoot and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with PMs and teams to understand requirements and delivery priorities.
• Support deployment, user testing, issue tracking, and post-implementation support.

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer (C#/.NET & React) with 1–4 years of experience (or an ambitious fresh grad) to join our team.

In this role, you will build and maintain full-stack applications, collaborate on key project deliveries, and help integrate modern tools like AI workflows and automation. What You'll Do: Application Development & Support

Develop, enhance, test, and maintain in-house applications and project-based systems.

Build and support full-stack application features using C#/.NET, React, SQL, and related technologies.

Write clean, maintainable, and readable code based on team standards and best practices.

Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and resolving application issues.

Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, configuration notes, and user/support guides where required.

Project Delivery & Implementation

Work closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders, developers, and internal users to understand requirements and delivery priorities.

Assist in breaking down requirements into technical tasks, delivery phases, milestones, and implementation activities.

Provide realistic task updates, identify blockers early, and support timely project delivery.

Support system implementation, user testing, issue tracking, deployment preparation, and post-implementation support.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and practical system usage.

Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Follow agreed development, testing, version control, deployment, and documentation practices.

Support unit testing, functional testing, and basic quality checks before release.

Suggest improvements to existing systems, workflows, and support processes where applicable.

Learn the business domain and apply technical knowledge to solve practical operational problems.

AI / Automation Exposure (Advantageous)

Support AI, automation, or data-related initiatives when required, under guidance from the team.

Explore practical use of AI tools or APIs to improve productivity, reporting, search, or workflow efficiency where suitable.

Maintain awareness of data privacy, security, accuracy, and responsible use when working with AI-assisted features.

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Around 1 to 4 years of software development experience, depending on skill level and project exposure.

Fresh graduates with strong portfolio, internship experience, problem-solving ability, and fast learning attitude may also be considered for junior level.

Core Technical Skills

Good knowledge of C# .NET / .NET Core, REST API.

Good understanding of SQL, database design basics, stored procedures, and query troubleshooting.

Understanding of object-oriented programming, API integration, error handling, and application debugging.

Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar version control / work tracking tools.

Ability to read existing code, understand system flows, and make enhancements with proper testing.

Additional Technical Exposure (Preferred)

Experience with Blazor, reporting tools, background services, scheduled jobs, or integration services.

Experience integrating with ERP, MES, SCADA/PLC, Aveva, or other external business / manufacturing systems is an advantage.

Basic exposure to Agile/Scrum, issue tracking, release management, or structured project delivery practices.

Basic experience with unit testing, performance testing, or production support is preferred.

AI / Data Knowledge (Plus)

Basic awareness of AI tools, AI APIs, chat-based interfaces, automation, or data-driven features is a plus.

Python knowledge for scripting, automation, data handling, or prototyping is an advantage but not mandatory.

Exposure to prompt usage, AI-assisted workflows, document search, or retrieval-based approaches such as RAG is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Responsible, proactive, and able to follow through on assigned tasks with proper updates.

Good communication skills with both technical team members and non-technical users.

Able to document work clearly and explain technical matters in a practical way.

Good teamwork attitude and willingness to support project delivery beyond coding tasks.
