Job summary

LeadAlways Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Software Developer and Project Implementer to build and customize software, support customer implementation, fix technical issues, and ensure the delivered system meets requirements.

The role combines development and implementation with opportunities for hands-on deployment, data migration, and post-live support. Diploma/Advanced Diploma is preferred, with 1 year of software development experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain software applications based on project requirements.
• Understand requirements provided by the project coordinator or business analyst and convert them into working software features.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Work with customers and internal teams during project implementation to ensure the system works according to business needs.
• Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and provide proper solutions.
• Perform software customization, module development, workflow changes, report development, and system integration where required.
• Support data migration, data import, system setup, and user access configuration.
• Assist in preparing technical documents, system flow, configuration notes, and deployment records.
• Support UAT by fixing issues reported during testing and ensuring all agreed requirements are completed.
• Work with the project coordinator to update task status, development progress, issues, and estimated completion time.
• Participate in project meetings when technical explanation or implementation support is required.
• Ensure code quality, system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Provide user training and handover support when required.
• Support post-live maintenance, bug fixing, and customer support.

This role is responsible for developing software features, customizing systems, fixing technical issues, and supporting project implementation for customers. The person will work closely with the project coordinator, business analyst, customers, and internal technical team to deliver successful software projects.

• Collect implementation issues and coordinate with the project team for resolution.
• Ensure the final system matches the approved requirements and project scope.

Requirements
