Job summary

PTP seeks an Executive, Sustainability to support the Head of Sustainability in driving social performance and sustainability initiatives. You will coordinate reporting, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships to advance the organisation's roadmap with measurable outcomes.

You will contribute to gender equity, human rights, and community programmes while aligning with approved targets and KPIs, delivering data-driven insights for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in sustainability, social studies, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, social studies, corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications, branding, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, SASB, UN Global Compact, IFRS S1/S2).
• Strong project management, coordination, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Sustainability Framework and Roadmap.
• Coordinate the preparation of Sustainability Reports, awards submissions, and external disclosures.
• Support initiatives covering social performance, gender equality, diversity and inclusion, human rights, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, community representatives, business partners, and internal stakeholders on sustainability programmes.
• Support Sustainability Steering Committee and Working Group activities, including tracking action plans and roadmap progress.
• Generate data-driven insights and trend analysis to support social performance and decision-making.
• Establish strategic partnerships and develop sustainability case studies and thought leadership materials.
• Promote sustainability awareness and understanding across the organisation to support culture-building and transformation.

2. Coordinate the preparation of Sustainability Reports, awards submissions, and external sustainability disclosures, ensuring accurate and complete data across departments.
3. Support initiatives covering social performance, gender equality, diversity and inclusion, human rights, and community engagement.
4. Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, community representatives, business partners, and internal stakeholders on sustainability programmes and reporting requirements.
5. Support Sustainability Steering Committee and Working Group activities, including tracking action plans and roadmap progress.

7. Establish strategic partnerships and develop sustainability case studies and thought leadership materials to strengthen PTP's sustainability positioning.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification; Postgraduate qualification in Sustainability Studies is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, social studies, corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications, branding, or related fields.
3. Good understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards such as GRI, SASB, UN Global Compact, IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 is preferred.
4. Strong project management, coordination, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Resourceful, well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
