Job summary

Infinite Minds Academy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated marketing intern to support our social media content and campaigns. You will help research trends, write captions, create visuals, and coordinate posts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

You'll work with our design team to develop engaging visuals and assist in setting up ads on Meta and Google. Strong writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred; Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is an advantage.
• Good written communication and copywriting in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research social media trends, audiences and competitors to spark creative content ideas.
• Plan and coordinate posts, Reels, stories and captions across platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Write captions and advertising copy for Facebook, Instagram, and more.

Job description

• Research social media trends, target audiences and competitors to generate creative content ideas and marketing concepts.
• Plan, create and coordinate engaging social media content, including posts, Reels, short-form videos, stories and captions.
• Assist in developing monthly social media content calendars and campaign plans.
• Write engaging social media captions, advertising copy and promotional content for Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Work closely with the design and creative team to develop marketing visuals, videos and promotional materials.
• Assist in setting up, monitoring and evaluating Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor social media and advertising performance, and assist in preparing monthly Marketing & Sales Reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut is an advantage.
• Good written communication and copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
