Job summary

Brandfinity Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive social media specialist to develop monthly content calendars and execute live campaigns across platforms. You will collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content and support paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You will analyze performance data, monitor trends, and propose creative ideas to grow reach and engagement while maintaining brand integrity across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign plans.
• Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for content differentiation and engagement growth.
• Assist in producing multimedia content such as short videos, reels, stories, graphics, and basic motion visuals.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure content matches brand identity and messaging.
• Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor ad performance and assist in optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Identify and engage with micro-influencers or creators relevant to the brand's niche.
• Support collaboration efforts with influencers, including outreach, coordination, and content tracking.
• Monitor brand mentions, trends, and conversations to identify opportunities or potential issues.
• Prepare insights to support brand reputation management and audience engagement strategies.
• Generate weekly or monthly social media performance summaries highlighting KPIs, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
• Provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and content effectiveness based on analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Continuously propose new ideas for content series, campaigns, or engagement tactics.
