Job summary

Memoires Events Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Designer to join our team. You will craft concepts and visuals for corporate events, weddings, and exhibitions, producing materials from backdrops to branding across campaigns.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required, with basic After Effects and 3D software skills for motion graphics and mock-ups. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, event design, branding, or related industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and simple animations.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar).
• Good understanding of printing production, layout, typography, and colour management.

Responsibilities

• Create concepts and visual designs for corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and campaigns.
• Design event materials including backdrops, LED screens, photowalls, branding, and social visuals.
• Prepare artwork for production and ensure files meet printing specs.
• Produce mock-ups and visual presentations for client proposals.
• Photo editing, retouching, and artwork enhancements.
• Create basic motion graphics and simple animations using After Effects.
• Develop basic 3D visuals for event structures, stages, booths, or branding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Production teams to meet design requirements.
• Revise artworks based on client feedback and deadlines.
• Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards.

Memoires Events is an award-winning event management company specializing in corporate events, weddings, sports events, annual dinners, exhibitions, and premium brand experiences. We are passionate about creating impactful and memorable event experiences, and we are looking for a creative and talented Designer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative concepts and visual designs for corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and marketing campaigns.

Design event materials including stage backdrops, LED screens, photowalls, entrance arches, event branding, social media visuals, and presentation materials.

Prepare artwork for production and ensure all files meet printing specifications.

Produce mock-ups and visual presentations for client proposals.

Perform photo editing, image retouching, and artwork enhancements.

Create basic motion graphics and simple animations using Adobe After Effects.

Develop basic 3D visualizations and mock-ups for event structures, stages, booths, or branding elements.

Work closely with the Sales, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure design requirements are met.

Revise artworks based on client feedback while meeting project deadlines.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, event design, branding, or a related industry.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.

Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and simple animations.

Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar applications.

Good understanding of printing production, layout, typography, and colour management.

Creative with strong attention to detail.

Able to work independently while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Experience in the event industry is an added advantage.

Salary Range

RM2,800 - RM3,300 per month (depending on experience)
