No two projects are ever the same at Mint Events. One day you'll be developing a key visual for a corporate event, the next you'll be creating event collaterals, adapting designs across different formats, or working with the team to bring an entire event concept to life.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields.
• 1-5 years' experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio welcome).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour and visual composition.
• Able to interpret a brief and develop ideas beyond just executing artwork.
• Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
• Comfortable with revisions and working collaboratively as part of a team.
• 3D visualisation skills would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, key visuals and design directions for events and brand experiences
• Design event collaterals including backdrops, stage visuals, signage, invitations, menus and digital assets
• Adapt approved designs across different formats and production requirements
• Translate client briefs and ideas into strong, well-executed visuals
• Prepare artwork and files for print and production
• Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines
