Job summary

ZarraZorra Bakery Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Content Creator to strengthen our brand presence in Johor Bahru.

You will produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and enjoy being on camera to showcase our cakes and in-store experiences. The ideal candidate has at least one year of content creation experience, a portfolio, and is fluent in Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency with CapCut or similar editing tools and comfort interacting with customers on camera are

ZarraZorra Bakery Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced, creative and confident Content Creator to strengthen our brand presence and accelerate our content production.

You will create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, interacting with people and turning creative ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot and edit creative content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.

Develop fresh content ideas, scripts and short-form videos consistently.

Appear as on-camera talent and communicate confidently.

Approach and interview customers or members of the public.

Produce content featuring our products, promotions, outlets, team activities and brand journey.

Stay updated with current social media trends and adapt them to ZarraZorra's brand identity.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute content calendars and marketing campaigns.

Ensure content is completed and published according to the agreed schedule.

Attend training, assignments and content shoots outside the workplace when required.

About You

Minimum one year of experience as a Content Creator.

Experience creating content for the F&B industry is highly preferred.

Able to provide a portfolio or relevant examples of previous work.

Presentable, energetic and confident in front of the camera.

Fluent in spoken Bahasa Melayu.

Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers or members of the public.

Creative, proactive and able to work efficiently while producing content consistently.

Skilled in video recording and editing using CapCut or similar applications.

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social media trends.

Willing to learn and open to direction, coaching and constructive feedback.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Willing to travel for training or work assignments when required.

Proficiency in English is an added advantage.

Having your own transportation is an added advantage.

Training and guidance will be provided.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: RM2,300-RM3,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio.

Meal allowance provided.
