Process and review operational requests using the Maker-Checker principle. Prepare and validate Standard Instruction Memos (SIM), customer documents, and supporting records. Maintain and update customer information (CIF) and perform data maintenance in banking systems. Conduct customer name screening and verify supporting documents for compliance purposes. Monitor daily operations, perform end-of-day reconciliation, and ensure service level commitments are met. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and retrieval purposes. Support system testing, business continuity exercises, and disaster recovery activities. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
