  • Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and internal departments for integrated solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Job Description

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment vehicles, and wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Malaysian financial sector.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) are highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin or other local dialects would be an added advantage.
