Job summary

Running Lab Sdn Bhd is seeking Sports Snr Retail Associates / Retail Associates to join our stores at Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, manage stock, and uphold merchandising standards.

The role offers a path for progression, plus gear and race-fees sponsorships alongside a base salary, monthly commissions, incentives, and a yearly bonus. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

• Able to communicate well with a pleasant disposition.
• Passion for sports.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Retail Supervisor or Shop Manager role.
