CIMB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager, CBPA - Securitization & Expense Management to review IT project submissions, monitor IT CAPEX budgets, and track project benefits to support regional management.
You will produce monthly financial reports, support ad hoc requests from Group Strategy, Group Risk, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders, and coordinate budgeting across Consumer Banking Malaysia.
Review IT Project paper submissions, monitor IT CAPEX budget drawdown and IT Project benefits tracking. Involve in yearly budget planning and other budget related matters. Produce monthly regional segmental financial reports and other value added reports and tracking, data analytics to facilitate senior management decision. Support on adhoc queries and reporting requests from all stakeholders from Consumer Banking.
Key responsibilities
Review IT Project papers to ensure all information are complete and to ensure all signatories are obtained before submission for budget drawdown
Track budget utilisation for all business units within Consumer Banking Malaysia to ensure IT CAPEX spend is within the approved budget
Manage budget reprioritisation across all business units within Consumer Banking Malaysia
Track and consolidate benefits tracking for all Financial Driven projects within Consumer Banking Malaysia that has gone live for GTSC reporting
Lead and coordinate the IT CAPEX budgeting and planning exercise for Consumer Bank across all business units
Work closely with all the business units for project submission and prioritisation purposes
Prepare financial performance reports and analysis with insights to trends and key financial drivers for Islamic and affluent segments
Prepare value added reports for strategic reviews
Work closely with business analysts across all countries and business units to ensure the financials reported are aligned
Support ad hoc regional data requests from Group Strategy, Group Risk, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders
