Job summary
A leading financial institution is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager in Kulai, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers through effective sales techniques and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Job descriptions
- Solicit and acquire new customer base by cross-selling and up-selling various relevant business banking products that meet the customers’ needs. These business banking products will cover a full range of loan and liability products but principally will be property financing, working capital loans, deposit products, FX sales and cash management services.
- Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide after-sales service.
- Diligently obtain relevant information and ensure integrity are maintained at all times when dealing with Bank’s customers.
- Perform his or her role and duties to accordance to the law, regulation, rules and policies relating to all activities and conducts to ensure to we deliver an acceptable and professional services to our valued business customers.
- Conforming to Bank’s internal quality policies and requirement to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in carry out his or her duties within the Bank.
Job requirements
- Must have a minimum qualification of a recognized Diploma/Degree or equivalent. However, candidate who has been in SME Relationship Management or Mobile Sales for at least 2 years will also be considered favorably.
- Candidates is required to have a minimum of 2 years working experience in loans sales, account management or relationship management, preferably in a financial institution
- He or she must have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting and engaging customers with various business backgrounds.
- Ability to speak several languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within the branch’s market location.
