Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated individual for a sales position. You will establish relationships with customers, ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly, and provide product demonstrations to persuade purchases.

Applicants must have at least SPM/STPM qualifications and fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. The role involves assisting with roadshow sales and ensuring excellent customer service, with daily wages of RM120 inclusive of KPI.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish good business relationship with the customer and their employees
• Clean display areas on needed as basic
• Make sure that current promotions are in effect in all stores and notify supervisor if of any issues
• Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services
• Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information
• Practice demonstrations and ensure that they will run smoothly
• Responsible for the training of the whole product, and improve the sales professionalism of the store sales staff
• Deliver good after sales service to consumer

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM above, any field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Have working experience in the related field is required for these positions
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required

Job scope: Assist roadshow sales, serve customers & promote digital products

Time: 10am - 10pm (2 breaks, each break 1 hour)

Wages: RM100 (Basic) + RM20 (KPI) Per day
