Job summary

TSH Resources Berhad is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to provide E&I support for palm oil mill projects, CIP initiatives and estate works in Malaysia. The role covers design, evaluation, sizing, procurement and commissioning with emphasis on IoT-enabled and AI-driven smart mills.

The ideal candidate has a degree in electrical/instrumentation fields and 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience, with hands-on skills in PLC/SCADA, MCCs, VFDs and control systems, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial plants, palm oil mills, utilities or project engineering.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, control drawings and P&IDs.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA, industrial networks or IoT systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out E&I evaluations, equipment sizing, and design for automation systems.
• Prepare and standardise E&I designs, datasheets, BOMs and drawings.
• Review proposals and coordinate with consultants, suppliers, mill teams and estate teams.
• Support project execution, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Develop standard E&I practices and guidelines for mills and estates.
