Job summary

Syarikat Peladang dan Perusahaan Minyak Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee optimum operation of the palm oil mill and support the Mill Manager in policy compliance. The role includes maintaining maintenance inventories, guiding workshop fitters, and ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree, knowledge of CAD tools, and strong analytical and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of CAD software and engineering tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Establish optimum operation of palm oil mill process.
• Assists Mill Manager to ensure compliance with all Company operating policies, procedures and standing instructions.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and schedule/plan maintenance work.
• Guide and supervise workshop fitters to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs and installations of parts and machines.
• Compliance to regulatory body standards such as industrial standard and safety regulations.
• Safety procedures: follow and promote safety on-site.
