Job summary

Emax Corporate is seeking a Slimming Consultant to deliver professional consultations and treatments, recommend slimming programmes, and promote beauty products and packages to hit sales targets. You will ensure customers receive personalized care and a high level of service throughout their slimming journey.

Responsibilities include conducting body analysis, advising on treatments, promoting packages, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in beauty, slimming, skincare, or body care.
SPM qualification; cosmetology or beauty therapy certificates are an advantage.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Passion for beauty and helping customers achieve slimming goals.
Willingness to learn, teamwork, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a pleasant experience.
Understand customers’ slimming goals and needs.
Follow up with customers after treatments to maintain relationships.
Conduct body analysis and assess customers’ slimming needs.
Promote slimming packages and memberships and achieve sales targets.
Perform slimming treatments according to company SOPs and ensure customer comfort.
Monitor treatment progress and provide appropriate aftercare advice.
Maintain cleanliness and assist with daily outlet operations and housekeeping.
