Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out daily construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair works.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor site progress, safety, and project schedules.
• Perform or assist civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, painting, and general construction works.
• Support petrol station maintenance and upgrading projects.
• Assist with EV charger installation and related civil and electrical works.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and per project requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow site safety procedures.
