Job summary

NuEnergy Holdings Berhad is seeking a hands-on Senior Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and ensure works are carried out safely according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

The ideal candidate has experience in electrical installation, M&E, building construction, industrial projects or solar PV installations; direct solar experience is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Construction, M&E or related technical field.
• Experience supervising construction, electrical installation, M&E works, building/industrial projects or solar PV installations.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and follow site work instructions.
• Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites; proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Daily site supervision to ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, suppliers and project personnel.
• Inspect works for quality and coordinate inspections and approvals with PM, engineers and clients.
• Read drawings and coordinate with civil, structural, electrical and mechanical teams.
• Maintain daily site records, progress photos and status updates.
• Ensure safety rules, PPE, permits and risk assessments are in place; stop unsafe work when needed.
